For best care, machine wash gently in cold water, using a mild detergent, and avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.

Line dry out of direct sunlight, refrain from tumble drying to prevent shrinkage or fabric deterioration. If necessary, use a cool iron on the reverse side of the fabric to avoid damaging any prints or embellishments.

Avoid contact with rough surfaces or abrasive materials, as this may cause pilling or snags in the fabric. For long-term care, store the garment in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat or moisture.

Sustainability 🍃

Environmentally Responsible
Crafted from premium yarns made from recycled PET bottles, this polo is printed with advanced, high-quality, carcinogen-free inks. This ensures not only vibrant, lasting designs but also minimises harmful environmental impact throughout the printing process.

Sustainable Production
Tribute Collective is committed to sustainability by partnering with vetted local and international manufacturers. We produce limited quantities of each design, ensuring both exclusivity and preventing overproduction, which helps to reduce waste and minimise our environmental footprint.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging, which is entirely plastic-free. We use kerbside-recyclable or home-compostable mailers to reduce landfill waste. All deliveries are managed by Australia Post, which actively supports carbon-offset projects aimed at reducing emissions and promoting a greener future.

About The Design

“All gave some. Some gave all.” The Vietnam Veteran Polo honours those who served, suffered, and lost their lives during the Vietnam War between 1962 and 1973.

Australia’s involvement began with the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam (AATTV) in July and August 1962. While most forces were withdrawn by January 1973, Australia’s official involvement has since been extended to April 1975 to reflect participation during the fall of Saigon. The Vietnam War remains Australia’s longest operational military commitment. This hand-drawn, historically reflective design captures the journey of soldiers during a complex and divisive period.

Australia’s contribution was predominantly made up of Army personnel, supported by significant Royal Australian Air Force and Royal Australian Navy involvement, as well as civilian personnel. Set amongst a landscape of palm trees, aircraft move overhead, including the Bell UH-1 Iroquois helicopter (Huey or “Bushranger”), the twin-engined Caribou, and the Canberra bomber.

Armoured support is also represented, including the Centurion Mk 5/1 tank. A soldier stands in the hatch in salute, while others are shown in a patrol formation alongside a Military Working Dog. These dogs played a vital role in tracking enemy movement, locating wounded soldiers, and identifying tunnels and bunkers.

The Royal Australian Navy’s contribution is reflected through vessels such as HMAS Hobart, representing coastal patrols, logistical support, and clearance diving operations throughout the conflict. Additional design elements include a monochrome Australian flag on the left sleeve and a ghosted map of Vietnam on the back, subtly reinforcing the connection to place and service.

We Will Remember Them
