Shipping times kick in when your parcel has left our warehouse. Orders ship from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why we try to dispatch your order same day or next day. If items in your order are out of stock or have a status of “back-order”, we’ll notify you by e-mail.

 

Can I pickup my order?

At this stage we don't offer pick up options.

How much duty/tax/vat will I have to pay?

If you live outside of Australia, unfortunately we are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note, that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. Live Apparel Co does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

 

How back-orders work?

Back-order items can be purchased now, however they will only be shipped at the stated restock date or shortly after. Please note, details on item description for lead times of back-order items.

If you purchase a back-order item along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held in dispatch until your back-order item arrives. If you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two seperate purchases. 

 

Can I track my order?

All domestic standard and express shipments as well as express international shipments are trackable. You’ll find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email/text message as soon as your parcel is picked up by the courier. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder too.

 

Do you deliver to postboxes and parcel lockers?

Yes we do, by Australia Post / your local post only.

 

What if I not home when my order arrives?

Your order will be left unattended at your address. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver can use their discretion to not leave the parcel. The driver will leave a note for you to either collect your order at your local post office, at a local collection point or arrange a redelivery. In the odd case that it is being returned back to us, we will get in touch with you and arrange for redelivery.

 

What if my parcel does not arrive?

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 2 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we as well as our courier partners will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will help facilitate your enquiry.
